Which thickness should I choose?
2mm is the lightest and works well for small signs, inserts and signs that will be framed or mounted flat. 3mm is our most versatile thickness for wall signs and displays. 6mm is the most rigid and is best for signs that need to feel substantial, like lobby or standoff-mounted signs.
What sizes are available?
2mm and 3mm PVC signs can be made up to 48in x 96in. 6mm PVC signs can be made up to 24in x 36in. Common sizes are 12in x 18in, 18in x 24in and 24in x 36in, and we can quote any custom size within those limits.
Can PVC signs be used outdoors?
PVC works best indoors or in covered outdoor areas like a porch, entryway or under an awning. For signs that will sit in full sun and weather for a long time, ACM or aluminum is usually the better choice. Tell us where the sign is going and we'll recommend the right material.
How are PVC signs mounted?
