At Cornerstone Print Co. in Springfield, MO, we provide full-color coroplast signs in 4mm and 6mm thickness for businesses, contractors, realtors, events, and schools across the Ozarks. Whether you need indoor displays or outdoor signs that withstand Missouri weather, coroplast delivers.
What is Coroplast?
Coroplast is a brand name for corrugated polypropylene plastic — think of it like cardboard, but made from plastic. The fluted (corrugated) structure creates channels that make the material lightweight yet rigid, perfect for signs that need to stand up outdoors.
If you've ever seen a political yard sign, real estate for-sale sign, or construction site notice, you've seen coroplast. It's the industry-standard material for temporary outdoor signage across the United States.
Unlike foam board (which falls apart in rain) or paper signs (which fade immediately), coroplast is waterproof, UV-resistant, and durable enough to last 12–18 months in Springfield's harsh sun and humidity.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between coroplast and foam board?
Coroplast is corrugated plastic — waterproof and suitable for outdoor use. Foam board is smoother but only for indoor use; it deteriorates quickly in rain and sun.
What thickness coroplast should I order?
4mm is standard for most yard signs, real estate signs, and event signage. Choose 6mm for heavier-duty applications or high-wind environments.
Can coroplast signs be double-sided?
Yes — we provide full color on both sides. Double-sided is popular for real estate signs and road-facing signs where traffic approaches from both directions.
How long do coroplast signs last outdoors in Springfield?
With UV-resistant inks, 4mm coroplast signs typically last 12–18 months in Springfield's climate. Avoid prolonged direct ground contact which can cause warping.
